Dragon ref - Tenshi

I quite like your style; its very cute and simple, but it has a sense of detail as well. I especially like her eyes and the dynamic pose of her tail, as well as the colors on her ears and those feathery things. However, her wing looks odd; the bottom-most section of webbing should spread down to her hip area, at least, if she is to be able to fly for long periods of time. Also, her left back foot should be further back [as in depth] from the right, even if her body is very narrow, because of how its placed. Overall, though, I really like your work here; the colors work with eachother beautifully, and she really looks like something that could fly because of her light build.
